Out of stock items:
Out of stock items are immediately updated. Your
chosen item's product page, under the listing of
"Orderable" it will say "no". These items you will
NOT be able to place in your cart. So if you can put
it in your cart or you see the word "yes" after the
word "Orderable", you can assume it is in stock. We
will contact you immediately if there is a problem.
Transit time:
We update our site daily, and process orders within 1 - 2
business days. You will receive a Shipping Notification
Email with a UPS tracking number when we process
your purchase.
Tracking your order:
Please check your Shipment Notification Email before
contacting us. This email contains your Tracking
Number. You may need look in your spam box or your
bulk mail folder, this email automatically goes out when
we ship your order.
Consult map below for expected domestic delivery times
to your area if you chose to ship it by ground. This shows
the normal time-in transit for ground shipments made
from Andover, Minnesota where we are based out of.
Please allow UPS the full number of business days for
your package to arrive as noted in your Shipment
Notification Email before you contact us regarding your
shipment.
