I can't find the add to cart button.

  • It is the "Order Now" button.
  • Your page did not fully load.  Click the refresh button at the
    top of your browser.
  • You need to scroll farther down the page.  Scroll down below
    all text to find it.  Make sure the button in your right hand
    scroll bar is touching the bottom arrow.
  • You are on an information only page.  Look for links to
    product pages, or on the left hand side of your browser, there
    is a list of pages on our website.  Click on the word "lights"
    then choose a category ("critters" are animals, "winged ones"
    are birds, insects, or anything with wings).  Then click on
    your choice, this will bring you to a list of lights from your
    desired category.  Click an any one of these to view the
    product page for this light.
Items in my cart disappear - why?

  • Browsers use cookies to maintain your shopping cart.  
    However, only one set can be used at a time (this is a
    limitation of browsers, not an issue with our site).
  • If you entered our site from an outside link, then click on other
    items live on our site, you may be switching between cookie
    carts, so that items from the first cart will not show up in the
    second.
  • We recommend starting fresh by clicking links on our site to
    begin your shopping, rather than the link which brought you to
    our site.
I think I placed an order, but why
didn't I receive  a confirmation email.

  • If you did not reach the Order Confirmation Screen with your
    order number at the top, you may not have submitted the final
    page.
  • You entered an incorrect email address or your email box was
    full.  Check your email and account then email us immediately
    with your correct information.
  • Your automatic Order Confirmation Email went to your bulk
    or spam folder.  Please check these locations before contacting
    us.
Has my order been shipped?

  • Order Status Information can be found on the order status
    page or in your shipping notification email.
  • Your automatic Order Confirmation Email went to your bulk

  • We CAN NOT answer questions by phone about order status
    or delivery dates.  Please understand that we are a small
    artisan studio and such inquires directly affect production and
    order processing times.  Our goal is to ship you high quality
    items as quickly as we can.

Are all items in stock?

  • Out of stock items are immediately updated. Your chosen
    item's product page, under the listing of "Orderable" it will say
    "no".  These items you will NOT be able to place in your cart.  
    So if you can put it in your cart or you see the word "yes"
    after the word "Orderable", you can assume it is in stock.  We
    will contact you immediately if there is a problem.
  • We can usually get out of stock items back in stock within 2
    weeks.
