We ship EVERYTHING through UPS.
Domestic Orders:

Domestic orders are normally processed within 5 business
days

Consult map below for expected domestic delivery times to
your area if you chose to ship it by ground.  This shows the
normal time-in transit for ground shipments made from
Andover, Minnesota where we are based out of.
International Orders:

International orders are processed on Fridays ONLY.

When your order ships:

You will receive an Automatic Shipment Notification with
UPS Tracking Number when your package ships.  Please
check your email, spam, and bulk mail folders for this
important email.
If your order has already
shipped:

Please track your order using the UPS Tracking Number
and link to UPS provided in your Shipment Notification
email.

Please check your email, spam, and bulk mail folders for
this important email.

Please allow UPS the full number of business days for
your package to arrive as noted in your Shipment
Notification before
emailing us.
To confirm Shipping
Information:

Please follow these steps to confirm shipping information.

  • Please track your order using the UPS Tracking
    Number and link to UPS provided in your
    Shipment Notification email.
  • Please check your email, spam, and bulk mail
    folders for this important email.
  • If you did not receive this email, please email us
    with your name, order number, day order was
    placed, and your correct email address.
  • Sorry, we can not give order status updates by
    phone.
Incorrect shipping address:

We use an automated system to export your shipping
address to UPS.  The shipping address entered into our
web site shopping cart is automatically transferred to
UPS.  We do not edit this address unless requested to do
so.

Please be sure your address is typed in correctly and
review the Automatic Notification of Order that you
receive after placing your order.  That is confirmation that
your order has been placed.

For orders with incorrect addresses, there will be a UPS
$5 address correction fee ($10 for air shipment) at a later
date.
If there was a problem with your
shipment:

Please have the UPS shipping Detail Result ready before
emailing
us.
If you noticed an incorrect
address:

If your order has not left our studio, we can easily change
an incorrect address.

If your order has already been shipped, first
track your
package at www.ups.com with the tracking number we
emailed you in your shipment notification.
  • Please check your email, spam, and bulk mail
    folders for this important email.
  • Track your package, once it arrives at your nearest
    hub call 1-800-PICK-UPS (or 742-5877) early that
    morning.  They will contact the local UPS drivers
    with the change of address before it goes out for
    delivery.  You must wait until the package arrives at
    the local hub before contacting UPS, as they will
    not do anything before then.
