  • Orders are generally processed within 1 -2 days, we
    ship any day of the week.  Transit time depends on
    method selected and  distance from our studio.  See
    transit map below.
  • Need same day shipping?  Request it in your Order
    Notes for orders placed before 5:00 p.m. CST.
  • International and APO/FPO orders are normally
    processed on Tuesdays or Fridays.

Delivery Times
  • Delivery times are for orders shipping via UPS to
    most U.S. locations and addresses.  
  • Click on the UPS Ground Time Transit
    Map to determine your zone expected domestic
    ground delivery times to your area.
  • UPS Does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
  • We ship via UPS to all locations within the
    continental  U.S. or via UPS Priority Mail when
    UPS is not an option.  Sorry we can not ship to a
    P.O. box unless it is the same as your billing
    address (APO and FPO addresses are accepted).
Shipper Release
If you'd like your UPS driver to leave your package if
they attempt delivery when you are not home, please
request
Shipper Release in the Order Notes during your
check out.
2nd Day Air and Next Day Air
Delivery Guarantee
UPS guarantees Air deliveries even during holiday
periods, weather permitting.  However, ground service
is not guarantied during
holiday periods.

  • The Service Guarantee does NOT  apply to UPS
    commercial and residential Ground Shipments
    or UPS Canada shipments that are picked up or
    scheduled to be delivered between December
    12 and December 24.
  •  The guarantee for on-schedule delivery for all
    other Air and International service shipments
    delivered within the United States will be
    extended 90 minutes on the Day after
    Thanksgiving Day and on December 19th
    through December 24th.
Carrier Choice
UPS is our carrier of choice because we find their
service, rates and billing to be the most reliable
reasonable and accurate.  The U.S. Postal Service
rates for door-to-door service (to come pick up
outgoing packages each day) are considerably more.  
We also use UPS because it is easy for the customer to
confirm that what we are charging for shipping is
identical to UPS rates, buy using their
calculate cost
page.

All of our packages for 1-3 night lights dimensions are
5" x 5" x 6".  UPS only charges by whole pounds.  

We are proud of the reasonable rates we offer and
make them readily available.  As soon as you put an
item into your shopping cart, and put in you mailing
address and information, and choose the service you
want and click the apply button.  This will show you
the rate for the service you chose as well as the other
rates for the other services we offer, so you can
choose the one that is best for you.  We do not hide
shipping costs at any point from you, as you find some
sites do.  All you have to do is fill out you address and
calculate.

However, if you think you would feel better with U.S
postal service, all you need to do is put that in your
shipping notes at time of check out and we will use the
service you request.  Also
, we will not be able to give
you an estimated cost for shipping, we can not be
responsible for lost packages that are sent via U.S.
Postal Service
as well.

Other U.S. Territories
  • We use the less expensive shipping option of U.S.
    Postal Service for these addresses because it is
    more popular, however we prefer to ship via UPS
    or UPS Expedited in order to guarantee delivery
    and provide tracking and delivery information.  
    We find UPS to be more reliable than using postal
    services.
  • We are NOT responsible for lost packages
    sent via postal services!
  • We will notify you when your package ships so
    PLEASE watch for it.  Check your emails (or
    your spam and bulk folders) for shipment notice.
  • APOs can take up to 8 weeks to arrive.
International Addresses

Incorrect Shipping Address
We use an automated system to export your shipping
address into UPS.
  • The shipping address entered into our web site
    shopping cart is the address that is automatically
    transferred to UPS.
  • We do not edit this address unless requested to
    do so.
  • PLEASE be sure that your address is typed in
    correctly and review the Notification Of Order
    that you automatically receive after placing your
    order.
  • Orders with incorrect addresses will be billed the
    UPS $5 correction fee ($10 for air shipments) at
    a later date.
If You Notice An Incorrect Address
If your package has not left our studio, we can easily
change an incorrect address.

If your package already has been shipped, first
track
your package with UPS  with the tracking number that
we emailed you in your shipment notification. (Please
check your bulk and spam email folder before
emailing
us if you have not received this automatic email.)

Once it arrives at your nearest hub, call 1-800-PICK-UPS
(742-5877) early that morning.  They will contact the
local UPS drivers with the change of address before it
goes out for delivery.  You must wait until the package
arrives at the local hub before contact UPS as they will
not do anything before then.
Weather Caused Delays
We are not responsible for weather caused delays in the
arrival of your package and do NOT credit shipping
costs.  UPS also does not give credit for shipping costa
in such situations.
Order Delays
Please review your order carefully! Omissions WILL
cause delays.
Sales Tax
Sales taxes are charged on all orders delivered to Minnesota.
 Additionally sales taxes based on delivery location are
charged on the shipping/handling costs for these orders as
required as required by the State Board of Equalization.  No
sales taxes are collected on orders shipped to any other
states.
